What we cover

  • Not delivered — full refund or immediate delivery, your choice
  • Stopped working inside the warranty term — replaced free
  • Server problems on a V2Ray config — relocated free, or the time added back
  • Wrong details given at checkout — we will help, but a top-up sent to the wrong player ID cannot be recovered
